Ancora Education Partners with Amazon’s Career Choices Program to Provide Education and Training for Amazon Employees

Amazon covers employee tuition for Ancora training courses, including professional trades, medical assisting, pharmaceutical technology, and CDL

ARLINGTON, TX, April 21, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — According to a Gallup Survey at Amazon’s request, 48% of American workers would change jobs if offered job training opportunities and 65% of workers believe that employer-provided skills enhancement is very important when evaluating of a potential new job. Recognizing the importance of upskilling as a powerful retention and recruiting tool, in 2019 Amazon’s Career Choice program partnered with Ancora Education provide its hourly employees with access to technical courses, hands-on training, and classroom education that they value with an employer.

Amazon covers full tuition for blue badge employees who have completed 90 days of continuous employment. Employees have access to Ancora’s online and in-person training courses.

  • Mechatronics
  • Aerospace
  • CNC machinist
