Yet millions of Americans fail to get the sleep their bodies need. Adults generally need about seven to nine hours of regular sleep. But the CDC reports that 28% of adults sleep six hours or less a day. What can you do to sleep well and be well? Learn more about the basics of healthy sleep. So make healthy sleep one of your top priorities.
Join Purdue Extension for a free educational program presented by Karen Richey, Purdue University Extension Educator in Health Sciences and Humanities in Marshall County. This program is offered at 1 p.m. March 24, in person at the Elkhart County Extension Office, 17746 CR 34 Suite E, Goshen and again at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. The program will also air at the Elkhart County Extension Office at 6:30 p.m. for those who wish to view it in person.
